Implement continuous improvements in processes and operations. **Job Objective** We are seeking a Logistics Manager with experience in planning, distribution, and optimization of logistics processes, capable of leading teams and ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations. * Design strategies to optimize logistics routes, timelines, and costs. * Manage inventory and ensure product availability. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports. * Coordinate internal teams and logistics suppliers. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Implement continuous improvements in processes and operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, and transportation. * Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. * Leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. **Benefits:** * Gross monthly salary of $85,000\. * Statutory benefits and above. * Professional growth opportunities. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment.
