Position Summary: Develop HVAC system drawings and models, ensuring accurate graphical representation of engineering designs in compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions **PROFILE** **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field · 2–3 years of experience in HVAC systems technical drawing. · Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects (preferred). · AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory). · Basic knowledge of BIM modeling (Revit MEP preferred). · Organized, detail-oriented, and technically focused individual. · Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. **OBJECTIVE** Develop HVAC system drawings and models, ensuring accurate graphical representation of engineering designs in compliance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, and project guidelines. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Preparation of HVAC drawings in AutoCAD (ductwork, equipment, routing, construction details). · Support in BIM modeling of HVAC systems in Revit MEP (preferred). · Interpretation of mechanical system drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications. · Development of layouts, isometrics, and HVAC installation details. · Updating drawings according to engineering changes (as\-built). · Support in graphical coordination with other disciplines (CSA, electrical, process). · Basic identification of interferences among systems. · Integration of site survey data (where applicable). · Generation of construction drawings and technical project documentation. · Adherence to company internal drafting standards, layering conventions, symbology, and guidelines. **PROFICIENCY IN** · HVAC technical drawing (ductwork, equipment, supports, routing). · Basic codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NOMs – basic level). · Interpretation of mechanical and cross-disciplinary drawings. · Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust). · Reading of engineering diagrams and layouts. **SOFTWARE** · AutoCAD (mandatory) · Revit MEP (preferred) · Navisworks (preferred) · Excel **WE OFFER:** · Statutory benefits. · Flexible working hours.
