Growth opportunity within a food industry company A prominent and growing food industry company is seeking a highly strategic **Procurement Manager**, with strong **administrative, operational, and analytical** capabilities, to ensure the timely supply of raw materials and inputs for the food business, through strategic supplier management, cost control, inventory administration, and compliance with credit and payment policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospecting, evaluating, and developing new suppliers within the food industry * Selecting suppliers that guarantee **quality, competitive pricing, and consistent performance** * Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, delivery timelines, and contracts * Continuously evaluating supplier performance * Ensuring timely supply of raw materials and inputs * Coordinating deliveries with suppliers and internal departments (warehouse, production, and operations) * Monitoring inventory levels and product turnover * Validating and tracking purchase orders * Managing ERP systems or procurement and inventory software * Recording, monitoring, and tracking purchase orders in the system * Analyzing consumption, sales, and supply reports for procurement planning * Document control for procurement, warehouse receipts, and shipments * Tracking accounts payable and credit terms with suppliers * Validating invoices and reconciling payments * Managing procurement budgets and controlling costs * Identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency * Ensuring suppliers comply with quality standards and delivery timelines * Promptly addressing incidents, returns, or complaints * Implementing improvements in procurement and supply processes **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum **5 years of procurement experience in the food industry** * Experience negotiating with suppliers and handling raw materials * Solid knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and supply chain * Experience using ERP or administrative systems * Strong analytical ability and results orientation * Structured, disciplined profile with strong operational follow-up **Competencies:** * Strategic negotiation * Analytical thinking * Cost- and efficiency-oriented mindset * Operational organization and control * Accountability and compliance * High standards for quality and service * Decision-making under pressure **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Complimentary uniforms * Growth opportunity within a food industry company Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
