At Cinmsa Constructora we are looking for a Project Architect, who will perform the following activities: * Drafting * Experience in architectural and industrial projects, construction site experience, metal structures, and project design. * Must have mandatory knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation. * Preparation of RFI's * Ensure that drawings and documents are accurate and meet client requirements and current regulations. * Maintain up-to-date and organized project documentation for easy access and consultation. * Ensure effective communication with construction and supervision teams to prevent delays or misinterpretations during project execution. * Meet delivery deadlines for each project phase, optimizing time and resources. * Apply CINMSA's established quality and safety guidelines for each documentation and design deliverable. * Job Requirements: Education: Architecture. Experience: Minimum 5 years in project development and coordination.
