Position Summary: We are seeking a professional in Architecture or Industrial Engineering to supervise concrete production, control the quality of prefabricated components, manage quotations and generators, and handle administrative and personnel oversight. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality supervision of prefabricated components 2. Manufacturing control and tracking 3. Administrative and personnel management REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Architecture / Industrial Engineering * Age: 23 years or older Responsibilities: * Scheduling concrete supply * Manufacturing control and tracking * Quality supervision of prefabricated components * Preparing quotations * Preparing generators * Tool inventory control * Administrative tasks * Personnel management (attendance records, tracking workdays for drivers—whether local or out-of-town, reimbursement verifications, per diem control) SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: * Strong sense of urgency * Sense of responsibility * Ability to work under pressure * Frustration tolerance * Analytical ability and information tracking capability * Organizational ability * Strong verbal and written communication skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,200\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
