Implementation of cybersecurity measures and new technologies. **Position:** Computer Systems Engineer **Department:** Information Technology **Purpose of the Position** Maintain technological solutions that optimize internal processes and contribute to the proper functioning of the organization’s IT infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities** * Update and support internal systems and websites. * Analyze requirements and develop efficient technological solutions. * Enhance the performance and functionality of existing platforms. * Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network failures. * Administer technological infrastructure, including servers and internal networks. * Implement cybersecurity policies and tools. * Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions. * Provide technical support to staff across various departments. * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on computer equipment. * Deliver training on the use of systems and technological tools. * Prepare technical documentation and process manuals. * Research and implement new technologies that add value to the company. **Required Profile** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Minimum age: 20 years. * Recent graduate or incomplete degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field. * Demonstrable experience in system development and administration. **Technical Knowledge** * Programming in various languages. * Use of development frameworks. * Server and network administration. * Cybersecurity and access control. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Collaborative work and effective communication. * Adaptability and continuous learning. * Organization and efficient time management.
