Job Description: We are seeking a **welder** for equipment assembly, skilled in cutting and joining metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites. You will use appropriate equipment to assemble mechanical structures or components with high precision. Your work is critical, as it provides the foundation for robust infrastructure. Competent in operating equipment while adhering to safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also possess steady hands and exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities * Plan designs and procedures. * Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements. * Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cut material with electric saws to match required dimensions). * Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and secure parts. * Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead). * Repair machinery and other components by welding parts and filling gaps. * Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects. * Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety. Requirements * Proven experience as a welder. * Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA, etc.). * Experience using electric or hand tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.). * Willingness to wear protective clothing (helmet, gloves, etc.). * Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
