1. Must immediately report any irregularities arising during the performance of their duties to their immediate supervisor. 2. Must comply daily with the Integrated Management Policy (Food Safety, Safety, Quality, and Environmental). 3. Ensures the development, coordination, supervision, and execution of the Master Cleaning Program across all production processes (wheat mills, pasta, cereals, and animal feed). 4. Ensures the implementation of housekeeping and cleaning activities in the organization’s product distribution warehouses, including fumigation aspects. 5. Reports monthly or exceptionally on process performance indicators (PML, PESTS, EXPENSES, among others). 6. Directly supervises the proper functioning of the HACCP Plan (Critical Control Points), tracking required records for control and demonstrating their effectiveness through these records. 7. Ensures implementation of Pest Control and Prevention Programs throughout the plant’s infrastructure. 8. Reports weekly on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) performance. 9. Supervises and controls hazardous and non-hazardous waste until its temporary and final removal from the company, generating corresponding records and ensuring reporting to Ecological Authorities. 10. Is responsible for executing the duties of personnel under their supervision, as well as for ensuring the proper operation and condition of equipment assigned to perform those functions. 11. Ensures application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the company via work meetings with the Sanitation Committee, supervisors, and operational staff in general, generating corresponding records. 12. Ensures proper use of various chemicals employed for sanitation and fumigation, and maintains timely access to technical data sheets and safety data sheets for each chemical. 13. Ensures compliance with applicable current regulations (STPS, ECOLOGY, SSA, SEMARNAT). 14. Ensures proper functioning of the hazardous waste storage room and maintains corresponding records.
