This position is ideal for someone who wants to **develop expertise in product design**, working side-by-side with senior designers, developers, and project leads in a collaborative and structured environment. What will you do in this role? * Support the **design of user interfaces and experiences** for web products. * Collaborate on creating **wireframes, mockups, and prototypes** in Figma. * Participate in discovery sessions, flow definition, and experience improvement. * Support documentation and maintenance of **design systems**. * Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate visual implementation. * Learn and grow through real, not simulated, projects. What are we looking for in you? * Academic background or initial experience in **UX/UI, Digital Design, Graphic Design, IT, or related fields**. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **Figma**. * Genuine interest in **user experience** (usability, user flows, clarity). * Strong visual sense and attention to detail. * Learning mindset, openness to feedback, and teamwork orientation. * **Programming knowledge is not required** (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
