Your tasks will include: * Collaborating closely with **development and product teams**. * Defining **user personas** and designing **user flows and customer journeys**. * Creating low- and mid-fidelity **wireframes**, evolving them into complete **visual interfaces (UI)**. * Developing and maintaining **component libraries and Design Systems**. * Building **interactive prototypes** and conducting **usability tests**. * Iterating and improving designs based on **feedback and data**. * **Analyzing metrics** (Google Analytics, test results) to measure the impact of your designs. **Tools and Knowledge Stack:** We seek someone with practical knowledge of: * **Design Tools:** Figma (essential), Photoshop. * **Methodologies:** Usability Principles, Accessibility (WCAG), A/B Testing. * **Data Analysis:** Google Analytics or similar tools.
