Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to collaborate on the design of visual interfaces, user flows, and interactive prototypes, enhancing designs based on feedback and metric analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in the design of interfaces and user flows. 2. Create and maintain design components and systems. 3. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Software Development Engineering and/or related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation and development management. \- English B1. \- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Google Analytics, A/B Testing, Usability, and Accessibility. **Job Responsibilities:** Collaborate with developers and product teams. Define user profiles (personas). Design user flows and journeys. Create low- and mid-fidelity wireframes. Design visual interfaces (UI). Create and maintain design components and design systems. Develop interactive prototypes. Conduct usability testing. Iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
