We need someone who has already passed the initial learning curve and is ready to take full ownership of complete modules of our product. **Key Technical Requirements** * **Professional Figma Mastery:** Advanced use of Design Tokens, variables, logic-based components, and high-fidelity prototyping. * **AI-Driven Design:** Implementation of AI tools (**Relume, Midjourney, Framer AI, or ChatGPT**) to optimize workflows, research, and asset generation. * **UX Research & Data:** Ability to conduct usability testing, heatmaps, and metrics analysis to iterate based on real data. * **Design Systems:** Experience building and scaling consistent component libraries. * **Handoff:** Flawless delivery to development under Agile methodology. **Portfolio: The Non-Negotiable Requirement** We will not review profiles without a portfolio.
