Actively participate in key Business Development initiatives, as well as institutional content, branding, and omnichannel campaigns. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field. · Intermediate English (reading and comprehension of manuals, tools, and prompts) · Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate, digital, and multimedia design. · Figma and Canva Pro (collaborative design and agile presentations). · Miro / Notion (visual documentation of processes). · HeyGen platform or similar for AI-assisted audiovisual production. · Basic knowledge of visual SEO (dimensions, file size, alt text, best practices). · Visual asset management (DAM: Digital Asset Management). · Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) · Advanced WordPress: layout, responsive design, CSS/HTML adjustments. · UX/UI design principles · A professional, up-to-date portfolio is mandatory, including relevant projects, branding, social media content, animated content, and editorial design **Responsibilities:** · Ability to lead visual projects autonomously · Graphic Design & Corporate Branding · Web Design and Digital Experience · Content Creation for Media and Platforms · Motion Graphics and Video Editing · AI Applied to Design · Development and execution of brand graphic communication strategies. · Visual application of corporate brand tone and voice. · Knowledge of B2B service graphic positioning and visual storytelling · Visual Communication Strategy · Visual Support for Commercial Proposals · Event Material Creation · Organizational Communication **Competencies:** · Results-oriented. · Proactivity · Flexibility · Sense of urgency. · Assertive communication **General Information:** · Work location: Álvaro Obregón Borough · 100% on-site work · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM · Direct employment with the company · Statutory benefits provided Employment type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
