Management of dependencies, risks, and complex delivery plans. **Product Manager** **Work Mode: Hybrid – CDMX** **English Proficiency: Advanced** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Actuarial Science / Physics; MBA preferred Work Experience: 4–5 years as Product Owner / Product Manager / Project Manager; experience in logistics / replenishment or retail-related roles preferred **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, and/or fulfillment processes, * Databases (basic), * Business case consolidation, * Operating systems (basic), * UX/UI experience. * Microsoft Office Suite * JIRA licenses * Managing technology projects across all development stages—from ideation and design to completion. * Experience in planning, program management, and leadership. * Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior executives. * Extensive experience in the software product lifecycle. * Ability to establish appropriate acceptance and success criteria and product performance metrics with product managers. * Ensuring commitment on scope, timelines, and resources. * Managing dependencies and risks in complex programs. * Developing delivery plans for complex solutions involving multiple engineering teams. * Identifying technical dependencies, risks, and architectural decisions. * Ensuring application of best practices in development, quality, and resilience. * Reporting results and progress. * PMO tracking and control documentation.
