Collaboration with creative and development teams design**Role Summary** The Web/Online Designer is responsible for creating the appearance, design, functionality, and user experience (UX) of websites and digital applications. **Key Responsibilities** * **Conceptualization and Design:** Create mockups, wireframes, and visual prototypes for websites. * **Responsive Design:** Ensure designs are adaptable across different devices (mobile, tablet, desktop). * **Front-End Development:** Convert graphic designs into clean code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or PHP. * **Collaboration:** Work with creative directors, project managers, and development teams to implement the optimal technical solution. * **Content Management:** Configure and manage content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Webflow or HubSpot. * **Optimization and Testing:** Test functionality across different browsers and ensure usability (UX) standards. **Requirements and Skills** * **Experience:** Proven prior experience in web or graphic design (1–3 years). * **Design Tools:** Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma or UX Pin. * **Technical Knowledge:** HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SEO principles. * **Soft Skills:** Proactivity, strong communication skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
