Position Summary: We are seeking a Multimedia Designer with a commercial mindset to bring the Grupo Kingpin brand to life visually across all touchpoints—from web design to point-of-sale materials. You will be responsible for bringing the Grupo Kingpin brand to life visually across all touchpoints—from what customers see on their mobile devices to in-store signage and menus. If you’re passionate about entertainment and know how to transform ideas into visually compelling content, this is the place for you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Web Design (Landing Pages):** Creation and updating of simple websites and landing pages (promotions, special events), ensuring a good user experience (basic UX/UI). * **Audiovisual Content:** Production and editing of short, dynamic videos for social media (Reels, TikToks) and internal screens in our branches. * **Marketing & Social Media:** Design of graphic assets for digital campaigns (ads, newsletters, posts), maintaining brand identity. * **Point-of-Sale (POP) Materials:** Design of physical materials such as menus, flyers, posters, banners, and in-store signage. * **Branding:** Ensuring all visual communications adhere to Grupo Kingpin’s brand guidelines. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in similar roles * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field * Prior experience creating with AI * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) * Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress/Elementor, Wix or similar) and basic HTML/CSS concepts * Creativity, proactivity, excellent time management, and attention to detail * Preferred plus: Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, or food & beverage industries **We Offer** * Base salary * PL * Brand discounts * A vibrant, non-traditional work environment * Opportunity to see your designs applied in large-scale physical spaces * Creative flexibility to propose new ways of connecting with our community If you meet the profile, apply and include your digital portfolio.
