The goal is to achieve consistent visual communication between the department and the end user. **In this role, your impact will include:** * 100% adherence to the company’s and project’s style guide and brand manual across all created graphic assets. * Reduction of the average review and approval time for graphic assets. * Creation of designs that are both visually appealing and functional, prioritizing clarity of the wellbeing message for the end user. **Responsibilities:** * Design various graphic/visual materials for each social media platform, internal and external communications, and adapt them to required platforms. * Ensure all materials and content comply with the project’s visual identity guidelines. * Organize and maintain the graphic asset library (images, icons, templates, etc.) to facilitate team workflow. * Collaborate with the full team—including Communications, Psychology, and UX/UI Development—to fulfill relevant graphic material needs. * Work closely with the Multimedia Content Creator to adapt graphics for videos, GIFs, and other animated formats, ensuring consistent look and feel. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings with the Communications Lead to understand wellbeing campaign objectives and translate messages into attractive, functional designs. * Edit, trim, or animate clips for various digital platforms. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (recent graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome). **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable experience. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects). * Portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills, with emphasis on digital content and social media. * Strong organizational, orderly, and structured mindset. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to articulate design decisions. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work proactively and independently. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Familiarity with technological tools and AI. * Preferred: Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or Sketch). **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity to positively impact people’s lives.
