Collaboration in basic user research We are looking for a **Junior Designer**. **Objective:** Support the design of functional, user-aligned digital experiences by executing UX/UI design tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines. **Education:** Design, Communication, or related field (Graduated) **Experience:** 1 year (minimum) in a similar position. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Digital Designer / UI Designer / UX Designer for at least one year. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE: \-UX/UI \-Prototyping \-Basic research \-Figma \-Miro \-Adobe Creative Suite \-Jira \-Usability testing tools **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Support wireframe and prototype development. \-Collaborate in basic user research. \-Execute designs aligned with the Design System. \-Document design deliverables. \-Participate in reviews and feedback sessions. \-Design screens and components under guidance from the UX Lead. \-Adjust designs based on feedback. \-Prepare files for handoff to development. \-Support usability testing. \-Maintain organization and up-to-date design files. \-Propose UX improvements. **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday work schedule * Working hours: 9:00 am \- 7:00 pm * Two-hour lunch break * On-site work mode in Coyoacán.
