If you’re seeking an opportunity to develop your skills in a professional and friendly environment, this is your chance! **What will you do in this role?** As a **Human Talent Analyst**, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for primarily technical positions, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and selection of highly qualified candidates who successfully integrate into the company’s culture. You will also support internal HR department processes. Your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end selection process—from job requisition definition to offer closure. * Talent Attraction: Post job openings on specialized channels (LinkedIn, IT job platforms, developer communities) and develop active sourcing strategies (headhunting) for technical profiles. * Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews (resume screening and competency-based interviews) to assess soft skills, experience, and motivation. Administer and analyze technical and psychometric assessments in collaboration with area leaders. * Coordination with Area Leaders: Maintain fluid and strategic communication with team managers to understand their talent needs, define candidate profiles, and align selection processes. * Tool Management: Use and optimize recruitment tools to maintain organized records and generate reports. * Candidate Experience: Ensure professional and empathetic communication with all applicants, providing feedback and maintaining a positive experience regardless of outcome. * Analysis and Reporting: Measure and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, most effective sources, cost-per-hire) to drive continuous improvement of the process. * Profile Updates: Support updating job descriptions and role profiles across the company. * Administrative Personnel Management: Assist in creating and updating employee files, as well as managing documentation and administrative procedures. * Onboarding Support: Assist with logistics for welcoming new hires, ensuring they receive necessary information and resources. * Employee Support: Respond to basic questions regarding company policies, procedures, and administrative processes. * Training and Development Support: Help coordinate courses and workshops, and track attendance. **What are we looking for in you?** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Experience: 1–3 years in similar roles. * Language: English B1 preferred. Knowledge: * Experience recruiting profiles such as Developers (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack), QA, DevOps, UX/UI Designers—preferred. * Knowledge of Recruitment 2.0 and headhunting. * Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, OCC, CompuTrabajo.
