Professional Profile A professional specialized in **instructional design and e-learning**, with solid experience in developing corporate digital content and facilitating project-based training processes, leveraging technological tools and artificial intelligence as strategic support for learning. Academic Background * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Communication, Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field. * Desirable: * Certification in e-learning, instructional design, UX Learning, or educational technologies. * Training or certifications in **Artificial Intelligence applied to education or training**. Required Experience * Minimum **3 to 5 years** designing and delivering e-learning courses in corporate environments. * Demonstrable experience in: * Designing user-centered learning experiences. * Microlearning and project-based learning (PBL). * Facilitating hands-on workshops (“learning by doing”). * Prior experience working with multidisciplinary teams and/or large-scale organizations (preferably in the services sector, airlines, or complex corporations). Technical Knowledge * **Applied instructional design** (not overly theoretical). * Pedagogical principles for adult learners and digital learning. * UX Learning, engagement, and practical assessment. * Inclusion, diversity, and accessibility in digital content. * Strategic and responsible use of AI in training.
