Objective: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the system’s loyalty program performance by analyzing patient behavioral data, generating reports, identifying improvement opportunities, and maintaining the various communication programs associated with the loyalty program. Responsibilities: * Operate the loyalty program’s points accumulation and redemption system. * Analyze program usage data: registered patients, visit frequency, accumulated points, redeemed points, most utilized services, etc. * Generate periodic reports on loyalty KPIs: retention rate, engagement, patient lifetime value. * Identify key patient segments and execute targeted campaigns (e.g., reactivation campaigns, reminders) in collaboration with corporate marketing teams and vendors. * Provide support in configuring promotions or special campaigns within loyalty tools. * Research market best practices in loyalty programs. * Support satisfaction surveys and analysis of patient voice across loyalty and retention channels. Experience/Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, completed. * Bilingual spelling and grammar. * Project management. * Oral communication. * UX and UI. * Coordination of multiple concurrent projects. * Results evaluation. * Advanced English. * Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). * One year of experience in similar positions.
