As a JUNIOR UX/UI & Creative Designer Consultant, you will have the opportunity to support all areas of the graphic design department—from creating creative assets to participating in UX/UI projects. Design and create graphic assets for digital media. Produce animated creatives in GIF or MP4 format. Participate in UX/UI projects. Constructively contribute to content brainstorming sessions, working sessions, and planning. Collaborate with the team on client evolution, maintaining an exceptional attention to detail at every stage of the process. Execute high-quality design work aligned with company and client standards across multiple media (social networks, websites, landing pages, emails, digital ads, presentations, and printed projects). Depending on the Team Lead, support the creation and design of client or Digital Menta projects. Help develop attractive, fresh, and innovative campaigns that capture brand essence—synthesizing concepts and transforming them into visual communication for advertisers. Collaborate on applying the brand across various assets and ensure alignment with the 'big idea'. Support the development of a distinctive vision for each campaign. Work closely with the Copywriter and participate in conceptualizing advertising copy. Collaborate with the Copywriter on brand platform strategy and creation. Support the department’s various services whenever necessary. At least 1 year of experience in advertising agencies creating creative assets. Education in Design, Advertising, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related fields. Knowledge of visual design theory and fundamentals (typography, color theory, iconography, branding). Understanding of visual harmony, information hierarchy, and design patterns. Experience designing and animating creative assets for social media. Ability to develop simple, elegant design solutions to resolve complex design problems. Ability to communicate design rationale—articulate the "why" and lead discussions around your process, explorations, and conclusions. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. B2-level English proficiency is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Motion, Cinema 4D, or similar tools is a plus. Salary above market average. Company benefits.
