Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst to translate complex requirements from survey and conditional mission systems—integrated with AI—into clear user stories and technical specifications. Research use cases for Artificial Intelligence integration. **SATORITECH is seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst. You will serve as the key bridge between business vision, end users, and development and design teams. Your mission will be to translate complex requirements from a survey and conditional mission system—including AI integration—into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications. **Required Skills and Experience:** * Proven experience (\+3 years) as a Business Analyst in software development projects. * Experience analyzing systems with complex and conditional business logic (e.g., survey systems, rule engines, workflow systems). * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience creating documentation for agile teams (user stories in Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). * Strong skills in flow diagramming (UML, BPMN, flowcharts) and creating basic wireframes/wireflows to communicate ideas. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and synthesis skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * **Desirable:** Experience or conceptual knowledge of projects involving Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning. * **Desirable:** Prior experience in mobile projects (Android/iOS) and/or web administrative dashboards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the product’s strategic vision and business objectives behind the redesign. * Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for both sides of the product: the web administrative dashboard and the Android mobile application. * Specialize in modeling complex business rules and conditional flows (e.g., branching logic in surveys, triggers for different mission types). * Define and document the processes for how administrators configure missions and how end users execute them in the app. * Create, refine, and manage the user story backlog. * Research and propose concrete use cases for Artificial Intelligence integration that optimize resources and improve user experience (e.g., content generation, automated response analysis). * Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure proposed flows are intuitive and feasible, considering technical and business constraints. * Create well-defined user stories (epics, features, user stories) with clear, measurable acceptance criteria for the development team. * Serve as the central point of contact to clarify requirement-related questions throughout the development cycle (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, etc.). * Participate in agile ceremonies and verify that the developed product meets the defined requirements. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Monday\-Friday work schedule (9am\-7pm / 2-hour lunch break) * Job stability and professional development **Preferred Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher **Preferred Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * Artificial Intelligence * Machine Learning *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69eab4e53000003000cb229f\&source\=indeed*
