Process investigation and improvement **Location:**Reynosa Tamaulipas, MX, 88710 **Business Unit:** Treitler FMH **Posting Date:** Jan 19, 2026 **Job Description:**This position aims to contribute to optimizing efficiency at welding stations on production lines through effective work, reduction of downtime, and supporting the reduction of scrap in coordination with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering. Experience * Knowledge of TIG welding process on stainless steel / INCONEL material “optional” (Fusion and Fill). * Interpretation of drawings and welding symbols. * Visual inspection of welds. * Knowledge of using and adjusting parameters on welding machines (foot pedal operation). * Knowledge of interpreting and completing WPS (Welding Procedure Specification). * Knowledge of MS (Method Sheet). Responsibilities * Perform welding processes using method sheets and drawings as required. * Inspect materials to ensure process quality. * Conduct process monitoring activities including checklists and maintenance tasks. * Investigate all root causes of defects and formulate any required process improvements. * Train new or existing technicians on appropriate welding process techniques. * Ensure the Welding Area complies with applicable specifications (e.g., PPS, WP, or MS) and reporting requirements. Education: * Technical degree or high school diploma.
