POSITION SUMMARY Work with checklists (Service, Production, and Quality), diagrams, schematics, drawings, kits, diagnostic protocols, specifications, and other documentation. Perform essential updates—including surface-mount component replacement—across a broad range of units, devices, and electrical/electronic products. Install firmware at PCB level and above using a wide range of equipment, including EPROM programmers and flash memory programmers. Disassemble and reassemble electronic subsystems and simulate operations. Test and troubleshoot using software and test equipment/accessories. Analyze units and diagnose electrical or electronic failures occurring during any manufacturing or customer service operation. Apply engineering diagnostic protocols and recommend improvements to these processes. Receive customer equipment (unloading, receiving, Salesforce logging, unpacking, and placement onto the service line; some equipment will be shipped to Pennsylvania or Florida). Collect and retain products for orders requested by the Sales Department. RMA box Pick\-Pack Pick\-Pack loaners Shipping label creation Scheduling pickups/creating shipping labels for RMA/boxes. SAP stock receipt Assist with inventory control/counting Unpacking and packing of goods Storing goods in the correct storage area/shelf/box Assist with incoming shipment receiving Assist in other areas, such as weapons service and LLP REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION 1 year of experience in assembly, testing, diagnostics, and repair of electronic components. Ability to use available soldering equipment to repair or modify printed circuit boards per IPC standards. Knowledge of oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, function generators, and other commonly used electronic test equipment. High manual dexterity.
