Provide all necessary information for accurate costing of new products. * Coordinate manufacturing engineering activities related to the launch of new products. * Coordinate engineering and process changes. * Initiate and lead improvement activities for current products (e.g., utilization of labor and space capacity, optimization of existing installed capacity). * Serve as the primary product contact for external sources. * Promote and utilize APQP tools jointly with the Project Manager. **Qualifications** Education: Degree in any engineering discipline (Master’s degree is optional). Experience: 2\-5 years of experience in development or production of electronic products for the automotive industry. Skills: * Knowledge of products and manufacturing processes. * Experience in project management. * Strong knowledge of APQP. * Bilingual (English\-Spanish). * Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies. * Lean Manufacturing. * "Core" tools. * ISO/TS 16949. * MS\-Office. * Leadership, proactivity, teamwork, and strong communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to travel (must possess passport and visa). **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
