Summary: The Operational Excellence Specialist will control, anticipate, and optimize daily logistics, focusing on continuous improvement for customer and patient experience and operational excellence. We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect** ----------------------- The Operational Excellence Specialist, known internally as "Control Tower", will be responsible for controlling, anticipating and optimizing the daily logistics operation, with a focus on the continuous improvement of the customer and patient experience, as well as compliance with quality, efficiency and operational excellence standards. This position has a strategic and operational role, functioning as the center of coordination and daily control of the operation, ensuring that each link in the process fulfills its purpose in time, form and quality. It is also a technical benchmark with in\-depth knowledge in logistics of orthopedic loaner sets, and an active agent of continuous improvement throughout the value chain. **How You'll Create Impact** ----------------------------  Control and coordinate daily operational execution, ensuring that critical processes are carried out without deviations.  Ensure and monitor the timely return flows of orthopedic loaner sets, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements.  Identify operational deviations, delays, or incidents and activate contingency plans, ensuring timely response to daily operational risks.  Act as a technical and operational reference in orthopedic loaner set logistics, ensuring best practices, traceability, and material availability.  Maintain continuous and effective communication with warehouse, planning, billing, sales, customer service, and technical service teams.  Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and enhancement of customer and patient experience  Actively participate in operational optimization and transformation projects, including WMS implementation, preassembly, automation, and process standardization.  Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and implement corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis.  Implement, monitor, and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs), such as OTIF, return rate, surgery compliance, and others.  Prepare and present periodic performance reports, highlighting results, gaps, and proposed action plans.  Serve as the operational excellence point of reference for sales and customer service teams, ensuring visibility of critical commitments and availability of sets and implants.  Promote operational discipline and adherence to standards through influence and example and ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.  Accountable for operational performance within assigned geography  High cross\-functional influence across operations and commercial teams.  Provide guidance and technical expertise to operational teams in best practices **What Makes You Stand Out** ----------------------------  Critical thinking and analytical proficiency.  Proven ability to influence cross\-functional teams without direct authority  Strong analytical skills and KPI management capability.  Strong problem\-solving and operational decision\-making skills  High sense of ownership and accountability **Your Background** -------------------  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, industrial engineering, administration, or related fields  5\+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or loaner operations (medical device preferred).  Experience working in regulated environments (medical devices highly desirable).  Preferred continuous improvement Lean / Six Sigma knowledge is a plus  English \- Fluent (Required)  Preferred • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement certification (Preferred) EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
