As part of a large multinational organization, you have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge through collaboration with a variety of people, exposure to different facets of our portfolio, and a supportive leadership team that fosters continuous development. **What You’ll Do at Baxter**: * Provide nursing and first aid services to employees experiencing illness or minor workplace accidents. * Maintain records of services provided and medical assistance to employees, as well as accident reports. * Assist in prevention and training related to workplace safety, hygiene, health, and family guidance. * Coordinate medical appointments. * Coordinate all activities related to Social Security Brigades. * Prepare forms to record accidents for the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. * Responsible for first-aid kit administration. * Administer injections under medical prescription. * Collaborate with various company departments to prevent accidents and injuries. * Attend the Hygiene and Safety Committee. * Assist and/or conduct medical examinations for new candidates and periodic health examinations to comply with official regulations. * Perform other similar or related tasks as needed or assigned. **What You’ll Bring to Baxter** * Technical or Professional Degree in Nursing. * 5–10 years of experience. * Knowledge of IMSS, STPS, and official regulations. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Oral and written English communication skills required (basic level). **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
