Responsible for offering and providing leads with all necessary information so they understand the company and the benefits of its products. * Provide doctors with required materials and tools to support their decision to become certified. * Guide leads at all times to maintain and increase their satisfaction with the company’s services. * Inform leads fully, promptly, and efficiently about all requirements needed to submit their applications. * Record all activities, leads, prospects, and payments in SFDC. Enroll paid doctors in their corresponding certification campaign. * Record and update prospect statuses and follow-ups in SFDC. Request necessary information and documentation for doctor registration in SFDC and with the certification provider. * Ensure enrolled doctors receive their IDs on time and correctly to attend certification without issues. * Collect and verify all necessary information to prevent errors. * Strictly adhere to the NCP script at all times to deliver standardized service.
