As a congress planner you’ll be responsible for specialized operational support for Meeting, Congress \& Events across Sandoz. This role will focus on ensuring compliant events, completing governance processes and P3 applications. Join us—the future is in our hands!** ================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================ **Major Accountabilities:** =========================== **Event Planning \& Vendor Coordination** * Gather and review prospectus guides to identify event requirements * Support vendor outreach to secure necessary services for events * Coordinate with associations and vendors to secure registration, sponsorships, booth space, and attendee needs **Documentation \& Reporting** * Maintain accurate records related to attendance, budgets, and financials * Prepare and deliver reports on event performance and financial spend **Financial Management** * Provide monthly reconciliation of congress\-related expenses * Ensure compliance with internal financial and governance standards **Key Performance Indicators:** =============================== * Compliance, financial stewardship, and accurate congress execution * Timeliness and accuracy of attendee, housing, and registration workflows * Vendor performance and stakeholder satisfaction **Work Experience:** ==================== * BS/ BA Degree required * Operations Management and Execution * Project Management * Pharma experience preferred * Corporate communications * Association/ Vendor management * Trade show \& event management Why Sandoz?
