




Position Summary: Collaborate in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance while promoting equity and talent retention. Ensure regulatory compliance of benefits **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Actively collaborate with the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager in developing, implementing, and administering Watkins Mexico’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive in the market, compliant with current regulations, and responsive to employees’ needs and expectations. Additionally, participate in the ongoing evaluation and improvement of these programs by proposing initiatives that foster internal equity and talent attraction and retention, as well as providing support to Managers, HRBPs, and employees in interpreting and correctly applying compensation and benefits policies. * Coordinate and execute in detail the job analysis and evaluation process, collaborating with HRBPs to gather accurate information regarding responsibilities, competencies, requirements, and objectives for each position. Thoroughly review Job Descriptions in accordance with internal guidelines, ensuring inclusion of key functions, required profiles, performance indicators, and organizational reporting relationships. * Conduct comprehensive analysis and updates of Watkins Mexico’s salary structure, with particular emphasis on hourly staff, considering adjustment factors arising from the minimum wage increase, ensuring the structure remains competitive, equitable, and compliant with current regulations. * Perform analyses and provide recommendations for lateral moves, new hires, and internal promotions. Develop, execute, and update internal promotion processes related to compensation. * Prepare reports in Workday, verifying that compensation data recorded in the system is accurate and up-to-date, working closely with HRIS and HRBP teams to ensure data integrity and facilitate departmental decision-making. * Actively participate in salary and wage surveys (e.g., AON, Ruiz Morales), collecting detailed and accurate compensation information.
