This position is critical to ensuring efficient CNC process operations, following established methods and meeting departmental quality standards. The ideal candidate must have experience operating CNC machinery and possess skills to interpret engineering drawings, monitor processes, and ensure final product quality. Responsibilities * Perform CNC processes according to established method sheets and drawings. * Inspect materials to ensure process quality. * Conduct process monitoring activities, including checklists and maintenance tasks. * Investigate root causes of defects and propose process improvements. * Train new technicians on appropriate CNC process techniques. * Verify that the area complies with applicable specifications (PPS, WP, MS) and reporting requirements. Requirements * Technical degree or high school diploma. * Knowledge of CNC equipment (4-axis and 5-axis). * Ability to interpret diagrams and process charts (MS). * Proficiency in using measuring instruments. * Knowledge of Oracle software (preferred). * Flexibility in work schedule.
