Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage new credit disbursements and renewals, ensure portfolio quality, and apply credit methodologies with a strong focus on customer service and policy compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Meet monthly new credit disbursement targets according to assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Maintain strict control over monthly renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our customers. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided. * Recover loans to ensure portfolio quality, maintaining PAR \>30 days below 3\.0 %, per the end-of-month portfolio report. * Follow credit-stage-specific protocols at each stage of the credit cycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). * Ensure clients remain within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency from day one of arrears, ensuring payment to the designated group reference at institutions appointed by the company. * Adhere strictly to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each client. * Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact objectives. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
