Your commitment will be key to maintaining the warehouse’s logistical balance, ensuring agile processes, accurate deliveries, and materials always available. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and verify requested supplies for delivery, ensuring completeness and good condition. * Organize and store materials and equipment according to safety standards, classification criteria, and optimal space utilization. * Prepare and coordinate internal deliveries and project deliveries, guaranteeing compliance with required quantities and timelines. * Record goods receipts and dispatches in management systems (Odoo, Drive) to maintain up-to-date inventories. * Conduct physical and digital inventory reconciliations, correcting identified discrepancies. * Supervise incoming material receipts, verifying quality, quantity, and corresponding documentation. * Apply labeling and coding to materials to ensure traceability. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse per internal policies. * Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments to report shortages, returns, or incidents. * Track returns, repairs, or warranty claims with suppliers. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control. * Proficiency in digital tools and management systems (Odoo or similar preferred). * Basic knowledge of goods receipt and dispatch control, and material coding. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, commitment, and responsibility. * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Availability to work Monday through Friday.
