At Grupo Pixca **We are looking for a Warehouse Manager** **Objective:** To control, review, record, and safeguard raw materials and supplies. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare warehouse stock requisitions. * Monitor maximum, minimum levels and reorder points. * Responsible for conducting inventories of food and beverage warehouses to maintain necessary stock levels and assist in data entry into the system. * Verify invoices against product deliveries received in the warehouse. * Serve as main contact for communication with various suppliers. * Ensure timely recording of all supply entries into the warehouse. * Maintain both warehouses clean and properly organized according to FIFO principles, including labeling of distilled products and access control. * Review that requisitions from each consumption center are properly completed by the respective area supervisor. * Make emergency purchases at convenience stores or from suppliers who do not deliver to the location. * Enter invoices into the system. * Record the reception date on each product upon its arrival to the warehouse.
