**VACANCY: WAREHOUSE ANALYST – CROSS DOCKING** We are seeking a **Warehouse Analyst** to support the management, control, and supervision of **cross-docking operations**, ensuring accurate recording, documentation, and transformation of imported cargo into consolidated shipments destined for specific locations, while meeting operational timeframes and standards. **Work Schedule:** * **2:00 PM to 11:00 PM** * **Fixed Day Off: Sundays** **Compensation:** * **$15,000 monthly gross salary** * **Punctuality and attendance bonus** **Key Responsibilities:** **Cross-Docking Operations** * Supervise the receipt, rapid inspection, and immediate transfer of goods to outbound areas. * Ensure minimum dwell time of products on the floor, in accordance with operational requirements. * Verify correct consolidation of shipments by route, destination, priority, or customer. **Operational and Documentation Control** * Validate receiving documentation and cross-check information in the ERP system against purchase orders. * Request corrections from the procurement department when information is inaccurate. * Confirm document closure and manage outbound delivery slips prior to vehicle departure. * Supervise assigned personnel. * Manage inventories of operational support materials (strapping bands, pallets, corner protectors). **Dock and Yard Management** * Assign docks for incoming and outgoing vehicles. * Coordinate appointments and maximum allowable dwell times. * Supervise loading/unloading operations, cargo stowage, and proper use of equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, label printers). * Maintain continuous operational flow, preventing bottlenecks. **Desired Profile:** * Experience in warehouses or distribution centers * Knowledge of cross-docking processes * Organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail **Interested Candidates:** Apply through this channel or send your information to schedule an interview.
