If you seek job stability, clear processes, and genuine opportunities for professional development within a solid organization, this vacancy is for you. **Position Description** The Dual Phlebotomist role combines clinical activities related to biological sample collection with basic administrative tasks such as reception and cashier duties, making it a key position for the unit’s smooth operation and for ensuring a positive patient experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide patients with clear information regarding pre-collection requirements. * Perform venipunctures using automated Vacutainer technique (**mandatory**). * Collect blood samples, swabs (nasal and pharyngeal), and other biological fluids. * Perform Pap smear tests, where applicable. * Label, handle, and dispatch samples according to institutional protocols. * Enter patient and sample data into the system. * Process payments, manage cash, and reconcile the cash register. * Close the cash register, control inventory, and maintain the work area. * Comply with biosafety standards and internal guidelines. **Requirements** * Academic qualification: Technical Nursing Certificate (TLC), Clinical Laboratory Technician (TLQ), or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (degree and license, or letter of completion). * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar position. * Proficiency in venipuncture techniques (Vacutainer). * Ability to interact empathetically and professionally with patients. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Basic proficiency in computer systems and payment terminals. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Mon–Sat 07:00–15:00; Sun 08:00–14:00; Friday off * Location: Canal de Miramontes 2771, Coapa, Jardines de Coyoacán, Coyoacán, 04830 Ciudad de México, CDMX. **We Offer** * Monthly base salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Housing fund after probation period. * Punctuality bonuses. * Attendance bonus. * Employee discounts and partnership agreements (gym, services). * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment. **Application** **Apply through this channel; if your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you.**
