We are looking for a **Server Captain** with character, leadership, and outstanding customer service skills—the perfect bridge between the dining room, kitchen, and management. You will be responsible for coordinating the server team, ensuring swift and warm service, and maintaining operational order during service hours. Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the server team throughout each shift. * Assign stations and roles to service staff. * Ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service. * Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. * Monitor staff appearance, punctuality, and attitude. * Assist in training new servers. * Maintain constant communication with the kitchen and bar. * Supervise cleanliness, setup, and organization of the service area. * Assist with closing checks and basic consumption control.
