Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter with experience in high-speed selection processes to connect talent with opportunities, especially sales profiles. Key Highlights: 1. At AG COM Mexico, we’re looking for our next Recruiter.** If you have a keen eye for identifying sales profiles, experience in mass recruitment, and thrive both in the office and in the field, we want to meet you. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute operational mass recruitment processes for sales and cambaceo profiles. * Select administrative and support profiles using a structured methodology. * Post and manage vacancies on Pandapé and LinkedIn. * Conduct STAR, situational, and role-play interviews based on the profile. * Perform active sourcing using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter. * Participate in job fairs and conduct on-site interviews as needed. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of recruitment and selection experience in agencies, companies, BPOs, or contact centers. * Experience in operational mass recruitment. * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (completed or from the 8th semester onward). WHAT WE OFFER * Base salary: $13,000 \+ Attendance bonus: $300 \+ Punctuality bonus: $300\. * Bi-weekly payments. * Full statutory benefits from day one: IMSS, vacation, Christmas bonus, and more. * Schedule: Monday to Friday (including 1-hour lunch break) \| weekends off. * Work mode: In-person — Central office with field visits as needed.
