




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, electronic invoicing (timbrado), calculation of benefits, and submission of contributions. Comprehensive administration of accounting and human resources processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree holder). * Two years of experience in payroll. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, database management). * Advanced proficiency in NOI and SUA systems. * Up-to-date knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $20,000 to $25,000 gross per month. * Statutory and additional benefits: savings fund and food vouchers. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. **Responsibilities:** * Weekly and biweekly payroll processing for approximately 150 employees. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in SUA and IDSE. * Payroll electronic invoicing (timbrado), settlement documents (finiquitos), and liquidations. * Calculation and management of bonuses (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), vacation pay, and premiums. * Filing and payment of contributions: IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT, and the 3% payroll tax. * Preparation and validation of accounting reports, reconciliations, and ledger tie-outs versus accounting records. * Administration of food vouchers. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Work Location:** * Naucalpan de Juárez, Méx.
