AREAS TO COVER: CHICOLOAPAN CENTRO (ROMA NORTE, SUR, CONDESA) NAUCALPAN RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Supervise and direct security personnel assigned to services. \* Plan security operations for assigned services. \* Conduct supervision and monitoring patrols of facilities and security areas, identifying and mitigating risks and threats. \* Maintain accurate and detailed records of security operations, including incident reports and security-related activities. \* Collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure the safety and protection of people and assets. \* Provide training and development to security personnel under supervision. \* Evaluate the effectiveness of security operations and identify areas for improvement. REQUIREMENTS: \* Prior experience in private security supervisory roles. (1 year verifiable) \* Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. \* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \* Valid driver's license.
