Join us as a Marketing Assistant REQUIREMENTS · Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business—completed or incomplete · Age: 20 to 40 years old · Willingness to travel; driver’s license preferred · Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory Responsibilities · Maintain detailed oversight of sales representatives’ activities, including performance metrics, customer relationships, and geographic coverage. · Conduct sales statistics analysis. · Plan sales representatives’ field visits. · Develop promotional campaigns. · Create advertising materials and manage their distribution. · Visit clients. · Submit monthly reports to the Sales Management team on sales representatives’ performance, goal attainment, schedule adherence, and other relevant metrics.
