Job stability A prestigious Japanese restaurant is seeking: **Sushi Chef / Kitchen Assistant** Benefits * Weekly base salary of $2,630 (depending on skills) + tips * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Weekly punctuality bonus of $250 **Requirements** * Service-oriented attitude, interest in and passion for cooking, strong desire for self-improvement, responsibility, and punctuality. * Age between 18 and 30. **Responsibilities** * Conduct daily raw material inspections to prevent delays and shortages. * Monitor usage of raw materials and waste generation, as well as report deterioration of kitchen tools. * Prepare necessary ingredients for operations (e.g., pre-cooked meats, bowl bases, fruits and vegetables). * Perform cutting tasks for vegetables or other ingredients requiring preparation. * Strictly follow recipes for requested dishes. * Maintain sufficient raw material levels in ingredient containers to avoid production delays. * Submit daily reports on waste, returns, or production errors to the Manager or immediate Supervisor. * Submit weekly inventory reports for prepared food items to the immediate Supervisor. * Perform general kitchen cleaning jointly with utility staff and other kitchen personnel. * Collect kitchen waste and dispose of it in designated areas; perform bi-weekly cleaning of kitchen ducts and exhaust systems. **Rotating Schedule** * Morning shift: Monday–Sunday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm. * Afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm; Friday–Sunday, 2:30 pm–10:30 pm. - One weekday day off **Location** - Plaza D’lucca (Valle Real Area) - Providencia Area Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,600.00 per week Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
