**JOIN US AS A COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR.** **OUR REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Commercial Relations, Marketing – Communication. * F\-E\-M\-E\-N\-I\-N\-O **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * **Sales support and commercial administration** * Preparation of quotations and proposals using authorized templates. * **Customer support and after-sales service** * Tracking of inquiries, sending and confirmation of proposals. * Scheduling and coordination of product demonstrations, meetings, and reminders. * Creation and routing of after-sales service tickets. * Preparation of meeting minutes, agreements, and commitments. * **Operational support to the commercial team** * Preparation of presentations, technical datasheets, and commercial materials. * Management of the sales team’s calendar. * **Document management, invoicing, and collections** * Integration and safekeeping of customers’ digital files. * Requesting and validating information required for onboarding and invoicing. * Tracking of invoicing, collection, and account statement requests. * Sending payment reminders according to authorized scripts. * **Reporting, control, and continuous improvement** * Updating daily and weekly reports (pipeline, forecast, sales, and activity). * Measuring commercial KPIs and proposing process improvements. * Custody and control of templates, versions, and digital repositories. * Preparation and tracking of service orders and contracts, including collection of signatures. * Coordination of customer documentation (KYC, tax information, and billing details). **WE OFFER YOU:** * Net monthly salary: $10,000\. * Statutory benefits. * Commission scheme. **WORKING HOURS:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. **WORK LOCATION:** * Lomas Verdes, 3rd Section, Naucalpan.
