What are we looking for? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles within restaurants. * **Knowledge:** Italian cuisine, seafood, or staff meal preparation. * **Education:** High school diploma or higher. * **Availability:** Flexibility to work rotating shifts. * **Skills:** Valid food handler’s certificate (H certification), mastery of precision cuts, cooking terminology, and dish plating. * **Attitude:** Commitment, organization, and passion for cooking and service.
