




The Executive Chef will be the **highest authority in the kitchen**, leading the team, managing resources, and ensuring that every dish reflects the quality, authenticity, and wellness that distinguish El Ranchito Teotihuacán. Responsibilities * Oversee all kitchen operations comprehensively. * Design and supervise authentic and healthy menus. * Manage costs, inventory, and suppliers. * Guarantee standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety. * Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team. * Represent the kitchen in internal and external meetings. * Innovate with culinary proposals aligned with the restaurant’s cultural identity. Ideal Candidate Profile * Education in gastronomy or restaurant management. * Proven experience as Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager. * Leadership, communication, and administrative management skills. * Passion for Mexican cuisine and commitment to cultural authenticity. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellence standards.
