We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie responsible for the kitchen, passionate about gastronomy, who shares and embodies our vision of service excellence. **Responsibilities:** · Plan, organize, and efficiently execute hot line operations, reporting to the Sous Chef. · Lead a high-performing kitchen team. · Ensure high-quality hot line service and customer satisfaction. · Supervise proper execution of activities and processes (hygiene, correct food handling, compliance with quality standards). · Quantify and control waste. · Train staff, assign tasks, evaluate productivity, and manage inventories. **Our Chef de Partie must have the following profile:** · Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or equivalent. · Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. · Passion and knowledge of international cuisine. · Excellent personal presentation. · Strong attention to detail. · Experience working under strict quality and hygiene standards. · Leadership, communication, and team management skills. · Proactive with initiative. **At Petit Delice you will receive:** · Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company. · Fixed morning schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. · Statutory benefits from day one. · Excellent work environment. · Job stability. · Net base salary.
