Passion for cooking and attention to detail BULE RESTAURANT Join our team — we are looking for: COOK Requirements: * Minimum 11 months of experience in a similar position, preferably in hotels or restaurants. (Cook A) * Knowledge and application of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene. * Proactive, dynamic attitude with strong teamwork orientation. * Flexible availability (weekly rotating shifts) * Passion for cooking and attention to detail. * Technical degree in gastronomy, food and beverages, or related field. (Preferred) **General Job Responsibilities:** Assist cooks in food preparation while maintaining quality standards and presentation of dishes, complying with the restaurant’s established standards. * Inventory management using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) * Food preparation according to recipes. * The cook must be familiar with menus, ingredients, cooking methods, and preparation times for all foods during their assigned shift. * Quality, timeliness, and presentation of prepared dishes. * Timely and accurate preparation of food requisitions. * Hygienic handling of food. * Order and cleanliness in the assigned station.
