Collaboration in inventory management and maintenance of work areas. \*Full Job Description\* We are looking for two candidates for the position of **KITCHEN ASSISTANT**, with experience in industrial cafeterias, to work at the cafeteria of the **Judicial Administration Body Headquarters: Southern Zone** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Proven experience in kitchen operations \- Personal documentation in order \- Proactive and dynamic **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, kitchen utensils, and equipment. Properly organize and store food products and supplies. Strictly follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times. Manage waste appropriately. Assist in receiving and storing products delivered by suppliers. Collaborate in monitoring and recording kitchen inventory.
