Job Summary: This role involves monitoring insured parties, assessing damages, and quantifying repair costs, applying policies to optimize expenses and benefits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality, safety, and aesthetics in vehicle repairs. 2. Assess and quantify damages, determining required parts and labor. 3. Apply policies for the benefit of both the customer and the company. Follow up with our insured parties to ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and aesthetic standards. Conduct damage assessments and quantify associated costs, identifying parts or components requiring replacement and applying labor rate schedules. Apply policies and procedures on a case-by-case basis to safeguard customer interests and achieve optimal cost efficiency for the company. * REQUIREMENTS: * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree * Knowledge of automobile repair, analytical ability, and proactivity * Experience working toward objectives Prior experience in this position is not mandatory
